Our adventures abroad have been so successful that we're excited to return for more Literary Dublin. This one-week program anchored at Trinity College offers the Great Books experience rich with Irish literature, history, and storytelling.
The select group of students at Literary Dublin will spend the mornings in Shared Inquiry seminars and discussions focused on the works of great Irish writers such as Joyce, Yeats, Swift, Shaw, and Wilde. Students will also meet writers, actors, and playwrights from the contemporary Dublin literary scene. Past guests have included Barry McGovern, Michael James Ford, and Dr. Paul Delaney.
To fully experience the history of this literary treasure, we spend the afternoons touring the sites in Dublin and exploring the places that inspired this city's great stories. Excursions may include Trinity College, a literary walking tour of Dublin, the James Joyce Center, Marsh's Library, and more.
