The faculty of Great Books Summer Program is led by distinguished college professors and experienced teachers from the finest educational institutions in the country. In addition to possessing exceptional academic credentials and intellectual depth, each member of our faculty is dedicated to sharing his or her passion for literature and ideas with our bright young students.
They are prize-winning authors, scholars and teachers whose wide range of interests and experience enrich each student’s experience at the Great Books Summer Program. Imagine your son or daughter participating in a discussion on Don Quixote led by Professor Ilan Stavans, whom The New York Times described as “The czar of Latino culture in the U.S.” or spending lunch discussing Homer’s Odyssey with Dr. Peter Temes, past president of The Great Books Foundation.
