Amos Rothschild
Amos is a doctoral candidate in English and American Literature at Boston University, following his M.A. in Education from Fordham on the teaching of language arts and adolescent literature. He received his B.A in English Language and Literature, Magna Cum Laude from Yale University, and then taught English at a Bronx, New York City high school. Amos is now a Teaching Fellow at B.U. in English and American Fiction, and English poetry, with a Ph.D. focus on the influence of Montaigne’s Essays on Jacobean Drama. This is Amos’ third summer with Great Books, where he has previously served as a Creative Writing instructor, and is well known for his theatrical presentations of classic texts.
